Mindfulness support for schools and organisations
Janet works with schools and organisations through professional development, workshops and tailored mindfulness education programs.
Her sessions help educators and teams understand mindfulness, experience it for themselves and learn practical ways to share it with children.
Programs can be adapted for early learning, primary school, secondary school, staff wellbeing and whole-school mindfulness education.
“I’ve been teaching for 15 years and have attended many talks, conferences and workshops. I cannot think of another session that was so accessible, relevant, inspiring and re-affirming about the positive changes that a teacher can bring about in her students.”
